Kermit And Comrades Leading The Hollywood Charge Against Capitalism.

This just in: Hollywood hates capitalism. No, really! That’s what Fox Business host, Eric Bolling and the Media Research Center’s, Dan Gainor alluded to during Bolling’s “Follow the Money” program last week.

This may come as a shock, but according to Gainor, the very left Hollywood film industry has been brainwashing our children. (GASP! No! Way!) It seems that, for years, Hollywood has been pushing an anti-corporate/anti-oil agenda. Of course, who can doubt that? Everybody knows that Hollywood just hates things like corporations and filthy lucre. They’re all about green tea, puppies and saving the trees over there in Hollywood.

Hippies!

In Gainor’s words:

“They’ve been doing it for decades. Hollywood, the left, the media, they hate the oil industry. They hate corporate America”

During the show, they named movies like Syriana and There Will Be Blood and Cars II, but the new The Muppet movie is the now Hollywood’s latest attack on capitalism.

WHAAATT!?! (*rends garment, throws ashes on head*) Hollywood, how could you?! Lightening McQueen… Kermit, I trusted you!

Is nothing sacred?

I mean, how dare Hollywood tell a story about how the muppets have to battle an oil baron? Now they’re just pushing things too far! Why does the oil baron have to be the evil one? Gainor and Bolling are right! When is there going to be a movie that shows the kinder, gentler side of the oil industry? A movie about how a rich corporate billionaire spares no expense to make the world a better place, that’s what the world needs.

Um… Excuse me. What about..? Never mind.

And let’s not forget television. That Captain Planet character, for example. Oh yeah, they called him out too! (I always thought that little Russian chick was stealing the show). That show just had communism dripping from it. The power is yours! Ha! What kind of communist bullcrap is that? Everyone knows the power belongs to the corporations.

It’s really Hollywood and the media that are to blame for the negative image that the big corporations and the oil industry all along. It’s this kind of thinking that’s got all these “environmentalists” and “Occupiers” running around in the first place. Forget everything you’ve ever heard about corrupt tycoons and oil spills. Propaganda! Enron was just a myth. They probably made that whole thing up on a Hollywood set.

No! The real enemy to the free world is Hollywood. That’s why they spend billions of the dollars that they hate so much making their movies and raking in billions more from charging us to see them. It’s all to show us how evil capitalism is.

  1. Without Fox News we’d be in real trouble, who would make assinine statements we could make fun of? Thanks Fox!

    • They say without the existance evil we wouldn’t be able to know what good is. Will maybe we need Fox to exist so we can recognize what sane is.

      Just sayin’.
